Roberto Mancini believes that Manchester City are still some way behind United and still need new players in order to overtake them. Reports this morning in Italy suggest that Wesley Sneijder could be one of them and maybe set to join City in a £31m deal.
Elsewhere in the papers this morning Sunderland are keen on Craig Bellamy; Tottenham demand £20m for Crouch and Palacios, while Stewart Downing sees a bright future for Liverpool.
